INSTRUCTIONS to CLAIMANTS for MONETARY REWARDS by the ROYAL HUMANE SOCIETY setting forth the particulars of the case of H. S. Bei 492 who risked his own life in rescuing Pan We Sin from being drowned, at Victoria Harbour on the 18 September 1960.

3. Time of Day, Date & Place at which the accident occurred, Depth of water, and other particulars.

About 9.30, Off Blake Pier, Victoria Harbour during the typhoon of 18 September 1960. Depth of water about 28 feet.

4. State precisely the nature of the exertions used and risk incurred in saving the Person.

5. How long was the actual time of immersion of the Person saved, and the state of the body when first rescued?
